Don't get all concerned about the time. Eat less when your not hungry and eat more when you are, not that hard.....
If you have different shifts then just plan your meals around when your going to be up that day and if your meal is 4 hrs apart so be it, but just stay consistent with eating clean healthy foods and in the long run you will be on track.
