MEAL TWO - Snack 9:00

umm?

How about why you dont care for it vs your post. I have been in this for along time and yes the do push there supps in there articles but then they give there article away for free. so there has to be a trade off. I have seen companys and idealisms come and go for over 20 years in this industry. t-nation is a good site with good referances. so please let me here some contructive criticism.

Also I am not a biotest whore who does not use other products from other companys. I just happen to have alot of there stuff at the moment do to a good deal I got from a freind. Overall I use what i can afford and what works.
