Whats up with my guts?
So Ive been on a low carb high protien Diet for the past 6 weeks with 1 cheat day per week (sundays) which is when I load up carbs. Anyway when I load up the next day after I take A dump I've noticed that my body aint digesting the carbs that I eat, if I had fries or any other potato based food its comming out kinda like it did when it went in. Anyone had this prob, anything i can do to fix it?

could just be a shock to your body. going a week w/out that type of food. then you throw it all in your stomach. eat slower, drink more water, and split all those carbs up into more meals.

Im drinking about 2ltrs per day as for splitting the carbs up sounds like a good idea, cheers al let you know the outcome.. or what comesout. lol

thats not a lot of water, 2ltrs is only 3.4 pints. i normally drink 4-4.5 ltrs a day, this should aid digestion.
