I was curious if anybody could tell me how good hamburger is compared to chicken?
I am currently on a cutter diet and get my carbs in first thing in the morning and PWO. I basically only get my protein from tuna, chicken, and egg whites. Will lean hamburger be worse than these for a cutter diet?
Will the fat from 95% lean hamburger be a problem to eat throughout the day? How comparable is it to chicken? Would actual steak be better, if so why? If anybody has input on this that would be great!
