 Cutting Cycle diet
I have read the sticky's and already have a good understanding about diet BUT I do have a couple questions.
Alright, I am tall and weigh around 240 and can see a lil ab definition.
Going to run a test/tren cycle and maybe a 3rd compound cycle as a cutting cycle.
What kind of Diet should I have? Like calories, protein, carbs, etc.?
Should I just stay BELOW the Harris-Benedict results for cutting?

If I were 240 and could still see some ab definition and were above 6'3 I would bulk and go for 260 or 270.. you can always cut after a bulking cycle to get the ab definition back.

I am 6'4... but I dont want to do that... I want to get real cut around spring, ya know? I am on a bulking cycle now...

whenever I want do drop wheight I just eat more veggies and less carbs.
no butter or margarine or white bread.
not very scientific but it works for me.

Yeah if you have a basic understanding then you'll already know to drop the sugars and up the veggies low carb diets always work well eat carbs pwo avoid them late at night. and a bit of cardio should do the trick.

Work to have around 6 meals a day. You can include Protein shake as a meal, but i wouldnt do more than 2 meals as shake (one of them being post work out.) Give this sample diet a try for 8 weeks, taking a cheat day every 10 days. Drink a MINIMUM of 4 litres per day and make sure you take a multivitatin everyday (even double up on that)
Meal 1
8 egg Whites and 2 whole egs
2 pieces of Whole Grain Toast
small handful of Raw almonds
Meal 2
Protein Shake
Meal 3
8 oz of lean red meat
Baked or Boiled Sweet Potato
Meal 4
8oz of Fish (talapia is good)
Mixed Vegetables
Meal
Chicken Breast
Small Handful of Almonds
***the 6th meal, which is not listed here would be your post workout shake. This diet has worked really well for me. I dont usually eat a lot of red meat when im cutting, but once every couple of weeks i'll throw it in there to change it up
