I have read the sticky's and already have a good understanding about diet BUT I do have a couple questions.
Alright, I am tall and weigh around 240 and can see a lil ab definition.
Going to run a test/tren cycle and maybe a 3rd compound cycle as a cutting cycle.
What kind of Diet should I have? Like calories, protein, carbs, etc.?
Should I just stay BELOW the Harris-Benedict results for cutting?
