    Default Cutting Diet Plan Need Your feedback & Imput
    My stats im 33 yrs old male , BF 12% , 5"6 and 155 .I was reading a book and they talked about manipulating your carbs and gave me a diet plan good for cutting up i just wanted your imput on this cutting diet plan .They say for stage 1 you follow for the first 2 days and then stage 2 you do for the next 2 days and Stage 3 you do for 1 day and then you repeat the following process again . Would love your feed back guys and gals

    Stage 1: The Very Low-Carb Diet ( 2 Days )

    Meal 1
    10 egg whites
    3 /4 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2
    Mix 2 scoops of - Nitro-Tech Hardcore with Cold Water
    1 Cup Green Beans

    Meal 3
    8oz Flank Steak
    1 Cup Green Beans

    Meal 4
    Mix 2 scoops of - Nitro-Tech Hardcore with Cold Water
    1 Cup Green Beans

    Meal 5
    8oz Fish
    1 small red potato
    1 cup wax beans

    Meal 6
    8oz Turkey Breast ( Low Sodium )
    1 cup Broccoli

    Meal 7
    Mix 2 scoops of - Nitro-Tech Hardcore with Cold Water
    1 Cup Green Beans

    Stage 2 : The Moderate Low Carb ( 2 Days )

    Meal 1

    1 1/2 cup brown rice

    Meal 7

    this book doesnt promote nitro-tech to much hey

    lol lol jacked just really wanted to know what u think of the diet plan i could careless of nitro-tech any form of whey protein would be implemented in my diet plan . just wrote down what was written from the book . My question is does this sound like a good diet plan for cutting 2 day's of low carbs , 2 days of moderate carbs and 1 day of high carbs ?
