Have bulked and bulked and am now ready to shead the fat and see whats underneath, had my fat measured on calipers yesterday-twice and below are the results:
height 6' 185cm
weight 287lb 130kg
body fat: 23.5%
LBM: 219.5lb 100kg
want to get down to 8% body fat so nead to hit 242lb, thinking of doing a timed carb cycle, any suggestions?
