    Default tereskan wants to get cut!
    Have bulked and bulked and am now ready to shead the fat and see whats underneath, had my fat measured on calipers yesterday-twice and below are the results:

    height 6' 185cm
    weight 287lb 130kg
    body fat: 23.5%
    LBM: 219.5lb 100kg

    want to get down to 8% body fat so nead to hit 242lb, thinking of doing a timed carb cycle, any suggestions?

    carb cycling seems to work great for everyone. I like it.

    I had decent success with Lyles UD2.0, but its pretty complicated...dont know how technical you want to get with things.

    I would just cut carbs in half on non-training days, carbs for breakfast, pre and post workout on training days, and add in 30 minutes of cardio on off days for now. At 24% bf youre going to be losing essentially all weight in the form of fat and water. It will come off easily, and muscle loss will be minimal/nonexistant.

    From 24% to 8% is a LOT in the first place. I would lower to 15% and next year to 10-8%.

    Otherwise you will loose a lot of strengh and size and would take forever to take it back. No to mention that it will take you maybe 5-6 months to do that slowly.

    I would in the first 3 weeks do cardio 30min 2x's a week, keep a clean diet but with maintenance cals to help you mentally preparing the diet.
    Then lower 200-300 cals above maintenance cals, maintain cardio.. and go from there.


    If you are going to run a cycle I would start after a few weeks to save it when it is harder to shred fat off, lower the carbs, rising a bit the cardio, start doing cardio in the morning etc...

    Just start slow and go from there.

    Just don't jump in a hard diet because you will fuck your metabolism no to mention you will dream with carbs.

    I'm going to be bruttally honest with you----

    If it is your plan to get down there in the next say 6 months you will not weigh 242 lbs. You will be a lot closer to 230 and that is if you do everything perfect.

    You have 219.5 lb of LBM currently and even if you were at 8% with that amount of LBM you would still be only 238 lbs and thats assuming you don't lose a single bit of LBM (which you will).

    Set you sights high but don't be unrealistic.

    i would have thought it would be very fesable the amount i wanted to loose, im giving myself 20 weeks to loose 45 lb thats only 2.25lb a week.
    To kick start my weight loss im going to hopefully run up to 30 days of DNP @200mg ED this is going to be followed by a test a/tren a cycle of 100mg of each ED I also intend to run clen during the latter part of the diet to help things along. I will be doing cardio every other day of non training days and hopefully with a good diet loosing the 45lb in 20 weeks should happen?

    Drugs always help, but they do not cover the diet errors, so don't relax just because you are using DNP. As dirkmoney said, you have to be flawless in your diet.

    granted the drug are gonna be a great help but I also know that my diet is gonna be what gets me their. Id rather set my goal at achieving 45lb and only loosing 30 then set my goal lower and achieving it.
