Cool Taking Sustanon/elbow pain

I have been on one form of TEST or another for several months. Recently I began taking sustanon 250. I take anywhere from 3 to 6 amps weekly. I now am expierenceing elbow pain beyond beleife ! Any suggestions on what to take or supplement, for joint, tendon pain. I did begin taking physiobalm from SNAC. The active ingredint is DMSO. Any feed back would be much appreciated ! Thank you !

post your routine, it could be that you are overtrained\ and the fast strength gains due to the gear are hurting your joints. Stay away from skull crushers and if you do them do them in the 20 range. Use msm\glucosomine lotion along with fish oil and msm\joint support pills. Use icy hot every night on your elbows.

But once again if you are overtrained take some time off.

I blast away for about 7-8 weeks and about 7 weeks i get some elbow pain and my strength gains slow down so right there i know i am overtrained and its time to deload. Then i come back nice and healthy. I do this year round

Be more consistant than that in order to keep blood levels stable and maximize benefit.

Are you a professional athlete or a competitor?

I don't think the elbow pain is directly related to the test.

Default Elbow pain

I am a professional football player, I have just started using DMSO, in hopes to help my elbow. The Sustanon seemed to somewhat help, however now I think it is the root of the problem. I am thinking in terms of using HGH next. What do you think ?
