need advice for first NPC show 20 weeks out
This is gonna be my first NPC show. I am gonna take a shot at competing with the big boys. I have competed naturaly before my back and shoulder surguries. The reaqson I am posting is to get advice and see what people may suggest taking 16 weeks out, then eight weeks out.
Right now I am letting my system clean up. Just finished Gh, Dbol, test En. and Slin. Got great gains and and added a little fat. Nothing to worry about I burn fat like you wouldnt believe. I finished at 5'9 208lbs.
So let me know what you suggest for precontest cycles 16 weeks out . Looking forward to seeing what works for everyone. I know how to shred my body naturally but time to add some gear. g
