I'm an insulin dependent diabetic. I would like to hear your guys's opinions on how to use that to my advantage since many take it w/o even having diabetes. I have the basic understanding to take more before you eat so you can get more food absorbed... but sometimes if i take too much then i'm forced to eat sugary products so i won't pass out... which isn't good. so any tips or advice in this area would be great too... thanks.
