Need Help For Friend For Show
Alright, well I dont personally compete so Id rather get your points and tips instead of giving false information to my friend.
He is basically is doing his 2nd show and his first was not too good (7th place), to me he was to bloated and could have came in way more dry and shredded. Here is his question that I'll post for you.
His Stats:
Age---27
Weight---265
bf%-----9%
Height---6' 2"
His competition is 8 weeks away and its in Atlantic City Amateurs Division. OH YEAH THEY DONT TEST FOR THIS SHOW.
His questions-----------------------------
What should his diet be at his weight, and what is the breakdown from now until the day of the show nutrition wise?
What is the best gear to use a few weeks or days before the show?
He has started these already so if anything else for getting an edge from he takes let me know so I can tell him.
Tren Ace---100mg day
Test Prop--100mg day
Winny------100mg day
For hardness should he use some halotestin, and for shredding up how about some t3 or t4. Anything else would be great?
