Mason Rookie Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: New York Posts: 7 Rep Power: 0 Gender:	When to take Vitamin B-12? I recently purchased human grade vitamin B-12. I am a newbie to the board. Maybe this questin was already posted? Not sure when during cycle to take and dosage. I am 252 lbs w/9% bf. I am currently off cycle for 15 wks now. Thanx for any positive input.
