diuretic look

I really like how I look when using diuretics. but i can't use them all the time.

How do I be this cut without them? seems like even if i drink tons of water and no salt i cant get cut the way shes diuretics make me.

I drop close to 10 lbs on them. I think i am very low bf. definitely under 10%. not sure if the answer is getting to 5-6% or not. Do you retain less water if you have less bodyfat to aid in its storage?

its not good to use diuretics unless you're close to a show. Your cells need to be hyrdated for optimal performance, nutrition intake, etc. If you want to stay lean, eat clean, no alcohol, and stay away from foods that are high in estrogen and high in sugar.
