Is it possible to lose 1% of bf/week
Is it possible to lose 1% of bf in a week. Stats are 211lbs (175 LMB) , 15.01%, want to do this within a 6 week diet and continue with my cycle, if i do not achieve this, then i will not run my second cycle . Ill just wait another 3-4 weeks of dieting and check it out again.

This is not a yes or no question...... The only way you'll know is when you do it yourself

Yes, but it'll be tough. Assuming your numbers are right, the (achievable) goal of 2lbs/week equals exactly ~0.95% of your body mass (2lbs/211lbs.) This is in a 1000kcal/day deficit, which, while doable, isn't exactly painless at first.
I weigh 187lbs right now and currently cutting @ a 1000kcal deficit. No joke, it's tough, but I'm an impatient child and require result fast For me, this equates to a little over 1% body fat a week in loss.
Also, good call on wanting to measure fat loss in percentages and not pounds. The water weight loss can be ironically discouraging.
Edit:
First post here not a test user BY FAR but I really appreciate the knowledgeable discussion of different "frowned upon" supplements.

It is doable, but you need to be very, very consistent. No cheat meals, perfect diet, plenty of cardio around your regular routine, pretty much shut your life down for 6 weeks.
In my previous cut I averaged 1.2%bf per week, but that was extreme (twice a day training six days a week). For you, a 1000 calorie deficit, plus 5 days of good training will put you on the road to glory. But every week make sure to recheck your bmr and calorie needs because your metabolism will slow as the weight drops, so you'll need to up the cardio (my preferred route) or reduce the calories more (don't recommend this).
You can definetly do this, good luck.

I'm using clen and stopped using t3 4 days ago because i only ran t3 for 4 weeks. With my diet( which conistist of chicken, fish, eggs, broccoli, brown rice, protein shake, with 6 meals a day). I've also been using clen and i've lost 15lbs in 2 weeks since starting my diet. Im i losing to much to fast? Because im going to check my Bf% next Sunday. Should should i also stop doing cardio. My diet and cardio is on check, same with lifting however its hard since im under 50g of carbs a day
Stats: before diet is 220lbs 15%bf

I very much doubt you lost 15lbs of body fat in 2 weeks, most of the loss will be water and glycogen depletion since you're eating low carb. You'll know exactly how much you lost once you carb up. Dropping the cardio is you're own decision, I never bother with it when cutting because I lose weight just as fast from diet alone.

that's right...
BUUUT
If you take DNP, everything is possible! (also die it's possible)
Just remain on a classic t3/clen cycle..

Try and check your bf% weekly, much more accurate picture, the scales don't tell the entire story (especially on low carb).
I personally wouldn't drop the cardio, it allows you to create a 1000 calorie deficit much easier (no crazy low calorie diets) and you are going to need the extra cardio when your metabolism starts to slow.

I second this. Also, with regard to checking your body fat percentage, do it with calipers. The actual numbers DO NOT MATTER. All that matters is the CHANGE in the numbers. You can bet money on those calipers being inaccurate, but you can also on the fact it will give you a better idea of what kind of body composition you're moving around. It's the same idea with the scale

It is possible, it all depends on how much cardio you do and how well your diet is dialed in, also what supplements your using, only way to know is to try

The answer lies on your hand, it is not impossible to lose bf, but aiming a great fat loss would require a double work, and sacrifice.

hey yall with my proper diet i've lost 25lbs in 8 weeks, im at 195lbs. I've could of lost more in the last two weeks, however due to midterms and school, it gets very hard to keep up with the diet and eat . I've had a couple cheat days now in week 8. But i'm planning on extending this diet for another 8 weeks and hope to drop 10-15lbs, and hope to be at 4-6% bf. I'm currently at 10% bf i've lost 6%
