    Newbie needing advice.
    Hey guys, im considering starting my first cycle, but at a very low level of information. Im currently 24 (25 in July) and weigh around 218-220lbs at 6'1". Im looking to drop to about 200lbs and gain some endurance. I work out every morning in the army fashion; running, push-ups and sit-ups, coupled with some monotonous excersises. Three days a week I go to a boxing gym and thats mostly cardio/anerobic excise, shoulders and what not.

    Meals:
    Breakfast: 3 eggs w/ cheese, wheat toast and cottage cheese with a protein shake

    Lunch: Ham sandwich w/ pepperjack cheese, protein shake

    Dinner: Either chicken or steak with pasta and some kind of vegitable.

    So what im looking for is adivse on what o look for and how to use it.

    first you need to eat more than that,the more you eat the more you burn and your metabolism you be faster,eat more whole foods,whole foods are harder to digest which burns more calories because your body works harder.

    best foods to eat while shredding fat
    -egg whites
    -chicken breats
    -tuna
    -tilapia
    -brown rice
    -green vegtables!

    a good first cycle would just to use test.

    wk1-14/test E/500mgs/wk/split into 2 injections. monday,thursday

    bro you need to bump up your cal intake! weights is 100% right about the lean proteins also...next some good cardio...then the gear would be the next step

    Hey everyone, I would like someone to take a look at my stats and give me some tips

    3rd test E cycle.... balkan 250 @ about a g a week pinning evero ther day. I know its a bit much but i dont get the effect i need anymore from 500 because i was on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a while so i need that much test. Im not lookin for pointers on my pinning sched. More so I need help with my diet and training because im not looking for mass, I mean ofcourse i want it all and I lift heavy most of the time but what i really want is lean muscle mass I can not nock my BF down and I need help...

    29 M 80Kg, about 175 5'9
    Gym - 1 muscle group a day ex Back,Chest,Bis and Tries,Legs,Shld usually 2days on and 1 day off with 30 min cardio at moderate pace... def working up a good sweat.
    bf approx 15-20% cant give u an exact

    Diet
    Meal 1 Musli with 0% Cottage Cheese and 2 eggs 1-2 tspn Brown sugar Mult and 20 mg tamox if itchy nipp
    Meal 2 Small Salad, 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
    Meal 3 Small Salad, 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
    Meal 4 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
    Meal 5 Usually after W/O 4-5 eggwhites
    Grean tea and Coffee through out the day and i throw in a fruit here and there apple or bannana

    12 weak E cycle

    Advice??
