My question is. Can I bulk (around 3200kcals)
And still drop Bf% at the same time?
I am going to start implementing HIIT to the end of every work out. I am prolly some where around 13-14% bf. I want to be around 10%. My last cycle I bulked and gained 20+ lbs, but also tacked on 1 % of body fat or so.
I was planning to cut, But Im not really looking to loose "weight" I just want to drop my Bf, so I believe this is going to come down to diet, and training. Im just not "big enough" where I want to use a cycle to cut. Id rather keep trying to get bigger. So with the helios, and the t3, and a clean diet. Is it possible that still taking in extra cals, that I can drop body fat?
