    Clen T3 Keto Diet---(For the Wife)---
    My wife is currenbtly on a Keto diet. She wants to add in some clen and T3. How would you guys run this?

    Her Stats are:

    26 yrs old
    Height: 5' 1"
    Weight: 142 lbs
    BMI: 26.83

    She trains with me all the time just having trouble dropping those unwanted pounds.

    Any help is appreciated.

    In answer to your questions about a Clen/T3 cycle:

    Day 1-2: Clen: 20 mg T-3: 12.5
    Day 3-4: Clen 40 mg, T-3 25
    Day 5-6: Clen 60 mg, T-3 37.5
    Day 7-14: Clen 80 mg, T-3 50
    Day 15-28: T-3 50
    Day 29-30: Clen 60 mg, T-3 50
    Day 31-36: Clen 80, T-3 50
    Day 37-38: Clen 80, T-3 37.5
    Day 39-40: Clen 80, T-3 25
    Day 41-42: Clen 60, T-3 12.5
    Day 43-56: Do some kind of OTC fat burner, or forged burner since the thyroid will take 2 weeks to get back to normal.

    She will need to watch her diet and train the entire time she is on the cycle - High protein and weight lifting will help her keep her lean muscle.

    However, I would suggest she train for longer time (couple years) before running a cycle like this since it can be dangerous, and her body fat is still fairly high. She should do the research and know all the possible side effects of both clen and T-3. And also make sure she gets the products from a legit source.
