 need help losing fat
I need to know how to shed fat without completely destroying the muscle ive worked for. Ive been weightlifting for about 2 years while i love being strong im tired of being fat and want to have a better physique. Only problem is i play football in college and cant afford to lose on my muscle im not very expierenced with diets and just need some tips. any info is appreciated.

Change your diet. Weight loss is mostly about diet. And make sure you're lifting so you dont loose muscle when you're trying to lose fat. Here's a link that should help you in more detail. Good luck

its gong to be 95% diet.
google: "carb cycleing for fatloss" and try not to drink sugars an limit carbs to complex carbs like pasta, potatos, bread etc. not pop, candy, chip etc.
and keep 200-400cals below your maintenance calories (only you know or can find this out)
macros: protein high/ fats med/ carbs cycled low to med.

hi then try to do some cardio exercies like swimming , jogging , runnning and cycling . But the most important thing that exercise will never work for u untill u dont fix your eating habits . best of luck

remember when excercising to not eat away muscle you should keep your pulse at 120bpm, any more than that wil increase chance of burning muscle

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.
