Sizzling Chicken
Kinda threw some stuff together and vwala - delicious & simple chicken ready to serve in 10minutes!
Sizzling Chicken
Ingredients:
1lb of chicken
Black Pepper
1tsp Salt
1 clove of garlic
1 Chili Pepper ( red ones w/ the seeds )
Preperation:
Get a bowl out and crush the garlic into very tiny peices w/ the pepper (deseeed the pepper unless you want it really spicy). Add the crushed garlic, chili pepper, salt & black pepper in the bowl & lightly mix it for a second or two. Now, cut the chicken into thin slices and place them in the bowl. Mix the ingredients around till every peice of chicken has a nice amount of pepper, garlic, etc on it.
Get a pan out, get some oil(any you prefer) & oil the pan. When the oil is hot, place the slices of chicken on it & let it cook until it's crispy brown on both sides.
That's basically it!
Simple sidedish:
Boiled brocc. w/ soy paste on the side.
