Tuna steak

I have about 2lbs of Tuna Steak laying around. What recipes can you guys give me for the steak?

Jamaican jerk is awesome
Teriaki marinate
mix some mustard with ranch dressing marinate overnight-then grill it
Bake it with sour cream and onions

however you flavor the tuna, be sure not to overcook it! Tuna is usually a high quality flavorful fish that can be pan seared, and served med. rare. Ever eat sushi? that is another option 4 ya. If you want it baked, add some low sodium blackened seasoning and sprinkle with lemon juice. This is something we eat at my house every sunday. can't go wrong there. hope this helps

marinade in terryaiki and grill it ever so lightly on both sides, rare is the way to eat tuna!!! love it !
