Maybe I'll put some peanuts in there too just for protein.

Peanut butter alone isn't enough protein. =/

Default Best Super High Protein Recipe Ever!

First: this recipe is not really easy but it tastes awesome when you need a treat without a cheat. I have even eaten this occasionally while on a contest diet. This is a rockin' recipe my sister- a trained chef came up for my Italian soul for my firsat contest and I eat it all the time! The canolli version is to die for- you'll forget you're on a diet!

Protein stuffed protein crepes or canollis:

Makes 6-7 large crepes or canollis
Crepe:
2 scp whey protein (vanilla)
2 scp whole wheat flour (use your whey scooper)
1/2 cup egg whites
splenda and vanilla extract to taste
water to make runny consistency
heat large skillet, spray with PAM, ladle small amounts onto skillet, turn skillet to cover entire pan with thin coating of batter. Cook for 30 seconds or until it can flip with spatula- cook both sides- then flip out on your plate and fill with the protein filling below and roll the crepe aorund the filling.

To make canollis- roll hot crepe around cylinder (I wrap tin foil around a Red Bull can- then wrap the crepe around it), bake in the oven at 450 degrees until golden brown but not burnt- about 10-15 minutes. Take crepes out of oven, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, remove tin foil can, let rest for 1 hour until hard, stuff and enjoy.

Protein filling
1 container cottage cheese
1 small container low fat ricotta cheese
2 tbs sugar free, fat free pudding mix (any flavor)
splenda to taste
Mix in blender or food processor until smooth and fill crepes. Top with fruit if you can afford the carbs.
