I just slammed down a Tuna and Orange juice shake. Not bad at all.
Thats 130g Tuna (drained) and 500ml of pure orange juice in a blender, blitzed for thirty seconds and voila.

Anyone know any other combinations for Tuna shakes?

iv heard of tuna-milk shakes which i dont think i can down...but the orange might not be that bad.

I've heard of guys using oatmeal, tuna and diet coke. They swear by them. Me? I couldn't imagine how the hell anyone could keep it down.

BUT...and thats a butt so big a fat bitch would look anorexic....i MAY try one at some point if i was guaranteed i wouldnt hurl...the ingredients would have to blend together in my mind first...

but OJ + Tuna = acidic fishy cadaver meat

Its not a bad taste at all and very palatable but a little grainy on the way down. After much experimentation, I stumbled upon the OJ combo and it does the trick. Give it a try dudes.
