Blackened tilapia on low carb hoagie roll with low fat creole remoulade.
To be fair, the low carb roll kicks ass bc it's crustier than regular bread, which makes an awesome po boy. But the remoulade sure is better with full fat mayo!
use any blackening seasoning that doesn't have sugar or too much salt.
1/3C lowfat mayo (could even use non fat)
1tsp chili pwdr
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp braggs cidar vinegar
1tsp whole grain mustard
0.25 tsp crushed red pepper
mix and spread on both sides of bread. I used 3tbsp for that sammich
