Im 6', 190lbs, what should be my daily calorie intake for bulking

assuming 10% bodyfat, that would put you at 171 lean pounds.

multiply that by 15 to find maintenance calories, which would be 2565.

eating 500 calories a day over that would be a general starting point to gain weight at a decent rate.
