egg beaters are good but they tend to be more expensive than the regular egg whites. If you have trouble finding them, just ask someone that works there if they have any other ones rather than egg beaters. I personally prefer the liquid egg whites over the powdered egg whites but economically, the powdered egg whites are a better deal.
