I have been doing this for 5 years!!
Get 8lbs of top round steak and divide in 2lb portions.
Then mix with 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 egg white so it is mix completely.
I use tupperware that is 6in wide by 10in long and use a soup can to flatten the ball into a pattie that is 6 by 8 and 2 in thick.
I cook on Foreman grill constantly flipping so nothing will burn every 2 min but searing the first 4 times(pressing down on top of grill hard).
Cut & divide in 6 parts and put in freezer bags with 2 chicken breasts for work.
Can put salsa or mustard and 1-2 tsp of ketchup no bum

every cook will tell you

1. only flip once.
2. dont press down on meat while its cooking, all it does it squeeze the juices out.

i usually mix my ground beef with brown rice and a can of chopped/diced/seasoned/whatever tomatoes.

Totally agree with not pressing down for any meat, except when cooking lean steak mince (ground beef) as it's still not 100% lean.

When cooking it on the george I find pressing down helps to get rid of the excess shite in the meat so it's almost overcooked.

Stick some chilli powder on it.

I think the best seasoning for beef is "Montreal Steak" seasoning. Its a blend of salt, pepper, garlic, etc. Its all I use for steak, tri tip, or burgers.

I never do my ground beef on my foreman grill bro. You know the container to catch the grease. IT FUCKING OVERFLOWS BRO. It's gross and I don't get grossed out easily.
