Re labelled steroids?

Hey I just bought20mls of Winstrol and 10ml of Premobolan, the winstrol looks fine but the premobolan looks like the label has been printed out and re stuck, there is oil under the label and the glue has all seeped out from under the label, the brad is Global Anabolic and says it is made in Belguim? Anyone know whats going on? Would you take it it cost me 270 bux
