I have 10mg caps and would assume one a day would be fine since I am a beginner. But I heard 5mg is best to start and then 10-15mg pd is optimal. so my question is, Do I just start out taking the whole capsule at 10 once a day. or should I split it and if so how how in hell do I do that properly? Pease any help here woud be great!
