It can be if made with the appropriate compounds, or else it can be fake gear just like anything else. Also, the sterility of the compound may be in question due to the UGLs not being under any requirements to maintain sterile conditions due to the them essentially being a criminal enterprise. Bottom line is, if you use UGLs, be sure that you are using trustworthy ones.
if they are a trust worthly ugl then they are just as good as a pharmucitcal company
