Default Winstrol maybe?
Not to get into details but a buddy of mine went to jail, and he gave me all his stuff. I know what most of it is and does. Just these came in a bag with no name on them. I am thinking winstrol?

the yellow stana tabs i know of are from thailand, they a 5mg and they have a UFO symbol on them.
