Gonakor HCG (by Sanfer) with B-12 from Mexico. You can see the pinkish hue to the powder in the vial on the right.

2,500 IU HCG, 300 mcgs B-12 per vial. Comes with a 10ml vial of sterile water.

I just got Gonakor "Gonadotrofina Corionica e Hidroxocobalamina" from Mexico.
