If you get a presciption for UpJohn "Depo-Testosterone" Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/mL, but you ask for a generic, this is exactly what you will get.
Its kind of crazy really. With most insurance companies, the copay for generics is much less than the non-generic. Like $10 for generic versus $30 for a non-generic. But a bottle of this Watson Test Cyp stuff is actually only a few dollars cheaper than the name-brand Depo-Testosterone. Without another generic available on the market, I guess that Watson doesn't have much incentive to price themselves any lower.
I should correct myself in referring to "UpJohn" Depo-Testosterone. Pfizer purchased the rights to Depo-Testosterone from UpJohn. (Reference:
