This is my very first cycle, I have been told to take the dose all at once first thing in the morning. Is there a better way?

split the dose throught the day, ie if its 15 mg, and they are 5 mg pills, take 5 mg in the morning, 5mg in the noon, 5 mg at night.

you want to keep the levels in oyur body stable...

i loved that stuff, when i had a source for it. Tai pinks don't work nearly as well for me.

Just so you all know Balkanpharma doesent make Bianabol nomore there are still some on the market but whitin a year all "real" bianabol will be gone R.I.P
