Question Organon Deca (Karachi) - real?

Organon Deca (Karachi)

A guy I have met sent me these photos of what appeared to be Organon Deca (by Abbott, Karachi)

I asked him for clear photos of the amps, but he told me that this is the best that his digital camera can do, and he seemed reluctant to take anymore photos.

What do you think guys? Does this look real, or it's too difficult to tell from this picture?
