work out every other day or atleast not more the 3-4 days a week. you dont grow when your workoing out u grow when your resting and eating. your protien should be at atleast200-270g ed. and cals at 3500-4000 ed.
i dont train more EVER then 2 days in a row. but i usaly go eod.
i wouldent harm myself using that stuff.
spend money and get some PHARM grad stuff no ug till your more informed. this is your body man .

keep lerning i think you should reserch training diet and aas for a few months atleast before you hurt yourself.
