Pictures are attached. First time Ive messed with gear, though Ive trained quite a few athletes who pinned. Any how, picked this up from a source the other day just began on 30 mg ed will run it fo 10 wks. Any one use var before? Any feedback? Done tons of research and read much of the same stuff.
Im a martial artist, 5'10, about 215 @ 12-15% BF (cut wt from 240 over the past 3 months drug free) and about as big as I want to be. I want to gain power and speed while leaning out more. I work out like a banshee and eat well but I have a couple questions for the next 10 weeks:
Are there any supps anyone would suggest I add to boost the effectiveness of the var, i.e. creatine, N.O. etc (Yea, I know I'm getting crazy!!
mainly to increase quality lean mass gains and fatloss?
Also what type of increased work out intensity or change in routine should I be doing. Like I said, never done gear myself and have really no idea what to expect. Plus, never had a client on var. Thanks
