cheers bud thanks for the reply..ive heard a lot of good things about vars role in cutting and you seem to confirm this, but i just want to make sure i get real var...is this the brand you used?if not what was it?
also what bodyfat were u when u started and finished this 8 week cycle and did you loose any muscle from all the cardio and deficet of calories or did the var ensure you held on tou your lean body mass. thanks man.
