I just recently bought this gear. I'm new to the subject and would like to know if it's real or fake. I started injections and i didn't have a good reaction to it. My entire upper arm got red and hurts like a bitch to even tough. I had got some enanthate from the same cat and i had the same reaction.

This could well be an unclean UG product. I suggest you stick to the real Sustanon made by Organon. It is very easy to get this product, so you have no excuses to be injecting stuff like that you have in the pic!
