How about this for a first cycle:

Week 1-4
dbol 25 mgs ED
Week 1-12
test C 500 mgs EW

I am:
6'1
223 lbs
14 % BF

looks like a good cycle but i would bump up your dbol to 40mgs ED and the test is fine just break up the injections to 2 times a week. example- monday 250mgs/thursday 250mgs.

do you have any PCT? clomid? Nolvadex? and AI's? letro?Arimadex?Aromasin?

I am new here and not anywhere close to the guy above me, but I have been reading for a while and I think all the vets will be posting up saying drop the dbol for your first cycle and run test e or test c only. If you have any sides from doing both you wont know which one is causing them. But yeah AI? PCT?

its ok to run dbol for your first cycle as long as you have test so you have test in your body when you shut down,now if he was ONLY taking dbol than its a different story.

It wont kill u to do the dbol but I believe learn one compound at a time.

Looks good to me. That was exactly what I dosed on for my first cycle . Although I had to discontinue the dbol towards the end of the 4th week becaus I was having stomac problems such as gas and irritations. Guess I had a weak stomach . But with proper neutriants, u should be able to pack on a good 13-20 lbs.

To the OP, it is my opinion that you just run the test alone to begin with. Learn one compound at a time is very wise!!!!

Next cycle step up your game and do a REAL 500mg a week cycle and get some PINN!!!!!
