Just one thing, how do we split the doses of HCG, 5000iu in 250iu?
Sorry i never use HCG.

you need to mix your hcg powder with a solvent. typically each hcg amp comes with 1ml of dilutant water.
if you mix 5000iu with 1ml of solvent, you have 5000iu per 1ml, 1000iu per 0.2ml, 500iu per 0.1ml or 250iu per 0.05ml ect
you can use insulin pins for better accuracy.
5iu on a slin pin equals 250iu of hcg when 5000iu hcg is mixed with 1ml of water

Thank you very much for the tip, and the rest that i don´t use i can keep in the insulin sering ? And the best storage is in the frig?

yes, that's fine
reconstituted hcg is recommended to be used within 30-60 days while kept in the fridge
since 5000iu can take a while to use, it's best to pre load a few insulin syringes
keep the one you are using in the fridge and store the others in the freezer.

Goin back to original ? How to keep gains pust cycle. Only harsh realities eat better bigger anud train harder. Easy to say but not wasy to so. Some trib and mega dose BCAA Poweder will help a lot too.

I don't think you want to freeze it. You do want to keep it in the fridge though.
I'm gonna mix mine in a sterile 10ml bottle with 10ml of BW. That way each ml is 500iu's

So basically what I am trying to understand is that training regimen you mentioned is for when you are "off" the anabolics and in PCT and the two weeks before PCT...or is this also for when you are on cycle too?

Great Post you made a lot of sense!
If I was to continue using growth after my 12 week cycle would I still be over training at 5 days per week in the gym at above average intensity.
my split:
mon - back, tue-chest, wed-arms, thur-off , fri-legs, sat- shoulders, sun-off
I sleep at least 2 hours before each workout and eat really good all day.
I am at 5'6" 225
