this is a great post i'm new to this but on the other hand iv'e been push for over a year not really that long but i've had great gains and i wanted to push it further so i started doing intense research on the gear and i wish i had of found this 8 months ago. i've spent hour upon hours doing research and this some it up for the most part. just to add to the newbies it shouldn't end here keep on doing research and keep learning. knowledge is power not only for the mind but for the body.
