Question How much Testosterone does your body produce daily, naturally?
    Like the title states...

I'm wondering how much testosterone(and at what ages) a man's body produces daily naturally? In milligrams?

Looking for accurate answers, would greatly appreciate it!

There is a general range but some people produce more than others this is due to many factors-exercise, genetics, environment, seasonal etc.

It works more on a supply and demand system. If your body needs it, more is produced. normal levels range from 400ng/dl to 1000ng/dl. your age will determine where you fall into this range. typically as one ages, he will loose about 110ng/dl every 10 years.

Perhaps 50-70mg/week. But that can be higher or lower. Mine was much lower, hence my need for TRT.

I was watching a show last year about growth hormone and testosterone and this is what they said, and I remember 100%! I could not believe it...

Testosterone in a man increases until age 70 (yes 70), but growth hormone goes down little by little after age 18 or 20 something. I cant remember that age exactly. So guys that are about 65 years old have higher testosterone than 20 year old guys. I could not believe it. So they said getting older is all to do with losing gh.

Answer to your question, I dont know. Your doc could tell you. Thought you guys would find this interesting though.

Now I REALLY remember! They said your test increases until a certain age (I think it was 30 something), then stays the same until the age of 70 when it starts dropping. Its the gh that you start losing earlier that makes you age.

Once again mranak is right...... and that is the reason I recommend using 300mg a week of test for a first cycle..its 3 times more than the body produces...

Here is a paragraph I found in 2 seconds using google. I did not forget! hehe!

Men do not have a rapid bone loss with age because they do not experience a dramatic decline in either estrogen or testosterone (male hormone) levels. This helps protect men from osteoporosis. Men experience slower bone loss later in life, around age 70 years or older, when estrogen and testosterone levels start to decline.

Scroll down to "As men and woman age, do they lose bone mass differently?" (2nd paragraph under that title)

This is pulled from some random website, but the data is more or less consistant with what I've seen over time. The data tends to suggest than men in their 30s have slightly higher testosterone than men in their 20s. However, testosterone tends to decline after the 30s.

    Code:
    Age Range
    20 - 29 42 145
    30 - 39 53 114
    40 - 49 41 104
    50 - 59 36 96
    60 - 69 32 86
    70 - 79 31 81
    >80 26-54
But who cares? What matters is your own testosterone levels and whether or not your level is adequate for you.
