can you lose BF while gaining LBM?
for a few months, i've seen this big buy (fat and muscular) at my gym. around Dec, he started to look thinner. i approached him today and he gave me some advice. he said that if you eat 2-3 days maintenance, 1 day over maintenace and 3-4 days below maintenance, you can lose BF and gain LBM. i asked him how much cardio he does and he says he isnt doing any. he went on to say that tren, clen and T3 are good enough fo losing BF and a tren/test combo, on this type of diet, is good to gain LBM. what do you guys think? is it possible to gain LMB and lose BF at the same time?
at 5'10, im 190lbs around 15% BF. i dont really have no desire to be a 240lbs BBer. im more into the lean side of 200-210lbs with 10%.

Lots of people have success gaining lbm while losing bf on test and tren. I wouldn't worry about the 3 days maintenance 1 day over 4 days under thing just eat clean at slightly over maintenance and get tons of protein. Just my 2 cents.

It's possible to do without gear. It just takes a long time. I don't see why it wouldn't work with gear, for sure (if you eat and workout properly) you would be able to maintain (or improve) your muscle at the weight you are now.
when you're like 240, then it's more difficult to maintain all the muscle. imo.

Yes it's possible, just not as efficient (if you're talking the amount of time). You would be able to gain more LBM and lose the same amount of fat, or more, if you bulk and cut. But many people can't deal w/ gaining an excess amount of fat.

Im on 1g test/1g tren/1g eq and have gained 13lbs while losing prolly 4%bf without even trying. Not recomending these doses but the combo def works.
