    superdrol question
    I'm 5'6 and a month ago weighed 230. I have been on a serious diet and have gotten down to 205 and dropped my body fat dramatically. My friend is in his 4th week of superdrol and has tremendous gains.. but has gained at least 10-15 lbs and massive amounts of strength. My ideal weight would be 190 and be cut. I have pretty good sized arms and chest.. should i wait until i get down to 170-175 to start superdrol knowing that it will make me gain weight. my diet usually goes like this
    breakfast-30 gram protein shake with a 40 cal piece of toast and 2 egg whites
    lunch-8 oz baked chicken or turkey sausage..4 oz steamed broccolli...an apple or orange 30 g protein shake
    3 o clock-protein shake
    dinner-40 calorie toast with 8 oz of turkey steak or chicken...4 oz of cooked green beans or brocolli...30 g protein shake
    9 o clock-protein pudding with 30 g of protein
    if i were to use superdrol on this type of diet.. would it still make me gain weight or is their potential for superdrol to be used to cut? also should milk thistle be used during the superdrol cycle or just before and after

    I definitely think there are better options out there then superdrol. I'm assuming you've never used anabolics before? How old are you?

    running gun made 17 pounds in 3 weeks and about 25 pounds on his bench. The stuff can work. He ate about 500 cals aday and lots of protein too.

    Yes. Typo. He tried to eat 5000 cals a day.

    yes you can gain weight you have to eat and eat but eat clean calories

    I would work on your diet before running SD. Your only eating 5 meals and 4 of them have a protein shake in them. Start eating whole foods for protein instead of relying on shakes.
    And to answer your question, def wait till you lower your bf% to do SD. I like to stay around 12-13% bf when bulking, nothing over.

    i've been on a ********* research diet to get the weight off.. and am told basically exactly what to eat...i have to have 5 protein shakes a day and those foods listed are the ones available for me to eat. i'm probably going to wait until i get down to 180.. i've used m1t before and made significant gains but hated the sides.i'm 24 and have seriously lifted for a while but always been a bigger guy.. trying to get more cut and thin

    stick to the diet and keep training and by the time you get your bf to where you wnat it then your body will definatly be ready for gear
