I'm 5'6 and a month ago weighed 230. I have been on a serious diet and have gotten down to 205 and dropped my body fat dramatically. My friend is in his 4th week of superdrol and has tremendous gains.. but has gained at least 10-15 lbs and massive amounts of strength. My ideal weight would be 190 and be cut. I have pretty good sized arms and chest.. should i wait until i get down to 170-175 to start superdrol knowing that it will make me gain weight. my diet usually goes like this
breakfast-30 gram protein shake with a 40 cal piece of toast and 2 egg whites
lunch-8 oz baked chicken or turkey sausage..4 oz steamed broccolli...an apple or orange 30 g protein shake
3 o clock-protein shake
dinner-40 calorie toast with 8 oz of turkey steak or chicken...4 oz of cooked green beans or brocolli...30 g protein shake
9 o clock-protein pudding with 30 g of protein
if i were to use superdrol on this type of diet.. would it still make me gain weight or is their potential for superdrol to be used to cut? also should milk thistle be used during the superdrol cycle or just before and after
