Depending on what your cycle consists of, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Aromatase Inhibitor) should do the trick. A little Arimidex with my Test cycles drops my BP ~ 20 points, (both numbers)

If estrogen is not the cause of high BP, how would one go about that.

While these things may all be good for the body/heart, I don't see them lowering blood pressure. Like CoQ10: necessary for the heart muscle, but what information is available to suggest that it will lower BP?

    Pharm: Arimidex or Femera

Natural: Garlic, Fish oils, hawthorn berry (they do work as long as your bp is not off the charts)

Aspirin is a blood thinner. thinner blood is easier to pump thus lowering the pressure. 81mg/day. ive also heard hawthorn berry helps to lower bp.

...A highly significant blood pressure reduction was, however, observed in the patients who received aspirin before bedtime (decrease of 6 and 4 mm Hg in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, respectively; P<0.001)...

All you have to do really, is a search on these Supps and it will answer your questions!

However to answer: CQ10 is a powerhouse as far as Supps go here is why.......Note paragraph in bold!

Most of the extensive published clinical research on Coenzyme Q10 has focused on cardiovascular disease (NOTE: Supplemental Coenzyme Q10 may take several months to show beneficial results in heart conditions.): Used in conjunction with standard treatments, CoQ10 has dramatically improved therapeutic outcomes in clinical studies of congestive heart failure.
Angina patients taking 150 mg per day of CoQ10 report a greater ability to exercise without problems.
CoQ10 is clinically demonstrated to substantially improve angina pectoris, arrythmias, and hypertension.
Oxidation of LDL cholesterol in the blood is a key factor in development of cardiovascular disease, and CoQ10 prevents it even more effectively than vitamin E.
CoQ10 has shown significant benefit in clinical trials treating obesity, muscular dystrophy, periodontal disease, and diabetes mellitus (adult onset diabetes).
CoQ10 has been shown to help reduce the adverse side effects of cardiotoxic chemotherapy drugs (e.g., adriamycin, athralines)

Cataprese or catapresane is a BP lowering drug so if you can find it use it and here is a profile:
Catapres is an anti-hypertensive drug. In school medicine it is used to reduce high blood pressure. High blood pressure caused by steroids can be lowered by taking Catapres. Athletes became interested in this drug when medical research reported that Catapres stimulates the endogenous production of the growth hormones. It should also be taken before going to sleep at night and in the morning immediately after getting up. Some athletes take a 0.3 mg tablet at night and a 0.15 mg tablet on an empty stomach immediately after waking up in the morning. The nightly dose increases the concentration of growth hormones for several hours, which then again can be increased by taking the morning dose. The achieved serum concentration is significantly above the normal value so that Catapres does have a considerable anabolic effect. Athletes, however, rarely use it since it has several undesirable side effects such as lethargy, fatigue, dry mouth, potency disturbances, and vertigo. Those who have a low blood pressure and a low heart rate should be extremely careful when using it. One hundred tablets are available for approx. $60 on the black market.

It goes by "Clonidine". And the price is about $40 per 100tabs.

    NBT,
    There's no science here bud!

It compares it favourably to vitamin e...even better it says?! I'd hope so as vitamin e has never been proven to have any benefit used solely, on cardiac health.

    Very dubious post.

It corresponds to a 3 à 5% reduction in BP. Noticable, but nothing mindblowing.

Ok.....did you actually read the info????? Obviously you didn't! The correlation of CQ 10 to Vitamin E was on LDL Cholesterol! The topic here my friend is blood pressure.....I'll say it again really slow so you can understand it B L O O D P R E S S U R E.........AKA HYPERTENSION incase you didn't know what that meant in "bold" and yes these are all clinical studies done on this supplement and if you actually read my post you would see all the benefits that CQ 10 actually has! PAY ATTENTION NEXT TIME BEFORE YOU TRY TO FLAME SOMEBODY! Ya KNOW IT NEVER FAILS, THERES ALWAYS ONE.........

Seems to me (without being an expert by any stretch of the imagination) based only on personal experience, that a major factor contributing to my elevated blood pressure is the rapid weight gain accompanying a heavy bulking cycle.

I could simply try not to gain so much weight so fast but that kinda takes the fun out of steroids now doesn't it?
