So i injured both my feet, ive been out of the gym for about 2 months now. I've lost some of my mass. prob wasnt eatting enough but anyways a friend reccomended superdrol so i bought it and been lurking here reading about it. Few things im unclear about.
I take milk thistle as it is... along green tea extract, multi vit, and flax seed oil. Along with about 100 grams of protien (if i can get it). I see everyone reccomends a good PCT but it seems to be mixed idea of what to take and Anabolic xtreme has a product called PCT but does anyone know if its worth it? Whats an ideal combo of things to take?
Would creatine be a bad idea while on superdrol too? This supplment just seem too new so im a bit skeptical on what i do here.
