    Default Steroid related Deaths
If you use AAS on reccomended dosages (ie. test enanthate 250-500mg a week) you should stay relatively safe right?? Basically what I'm asking is most stories you hear about people dying from steroids is from steroid abuse right?? Like not being satisfied and then going to like 750-1000mg right?? With proper PCT and blood work you shouldn't have to worry about death too much right??

From what I read, steroid related deaths are from long term abuse. While I wouldn't recomend it, if your first cycle is 1 gram a week you are not going to die. If you have high blood pressure, you will need to deal with it if you intend to do a dbol cycle, for an example.

Don't use more roids than your body needs to get gains, do proper PCT, and stay off for the proper length of time, get you blood tested regularly, and you will be fine.

Even a single and common AAS cycle could indirectly cause death. Most usually, I think this would be caused by post-cycle depression. Without a doubt, proper PCT will dramatically reduce the risk of depression, but it is not a perfect solution. For example, some possiblities are:

-The person might react badly to the PCT medication such that they cannot take it.
-The person does not recover. Perhaps they are fine during PCT but their testosterone takes a nose-dive after PCT is compelte.

    or even:

-The person didn't do their research and does a cycle without any PCT (this is common!)
-The person uses one of the alternate (and unproven, perhaps ineffective) supplements for PCT instead of using a proven solution: a SERM
-The person comes into a situation where they are unable to do PCT (thrown in jail, auxiliaries are taken away, etc)

AAS cycles carry other complications as well. Many of those complications can be monitored with a blood test, but let's be honest: the vast majority of AAS users do not get proper bloodwork done.

The risk of death from a simple AAS cycle, such as 250mg testosterone cypionate/week, is minimal, but not totally absent.
