I have a question regarding using GH pre-contest. I have competed a few times, but I personally dont have any experience with using GH, and I was wondering what the general conscensus is regarding the benefits of, for example, 3 months of GH pre-contest to improve conditioning (standard dose of 4-6IU/d).
Lets say you were to have everything the same with respect to gear, diet, cardio, etc......how significant would be the difference in conditioning if GH was added?
Please only answer if you are an experienced competitor, and have prepared for contests both with and without GH.
