The majority of official glute injection techniques that I have read say that glute injections should be done in the upper-outer quadrant of the upper-outer quadrant of the bun. However, I would imagine that it is adequately safe to hit other areas of the glute.
What areas of the bun are safe to use for injection without complications, such as hitting the sciatic nerve?
hey whats your stats bro, and how many cycles have u done?
5'10" & 185lbs. I was 145lbs six months ago. I'm growing (obviously).
No cycle history and currently no intention of cycling in the future.
On HRT. Weekly injections.
I prefer to hit the glutes for my injections. I like to hit different spots on each bun, even if it isn't necessary. Simply curious about what areas are acceptable.
Can somebody give me a good explanation of where to find this.. or a pic maybe? I've read about it before and saw that chart about putting the base of your palm on the illiac crest blah blah blah.. but it didnt make sense.
What are the advantages of this spot? I heard it was pretty much painless no matter what you shoot in there..

Bro, If your in it for life you should really think about rotating sites more often. Even if your shooting too many CC's for a body part you can still divide them up on the same shot (I.E. Left and Right bodypart, rather then just the left or right)

I generally only hit any given muscle once in a month, since I rotate between the glutes and vastus lateralis. But thanks.
I am not sure what happens when you hit it with the needle but I have had a problem with it before and you get shotting pians down the leg and can barely walk or sleep on your back.

If you hit it bad enough, you'll experience pain like you never imagined, then lose control of the leg itself; i.e. paralysis. Temporary, but scary nonetheless
always good to inject slowly, that way if you are coming close to anything you will feel it right away so you can pull out. If you jab it in there quick and hit something you will be screwed.
I just hit the syatic with a needle and it hurts bad. My friend told me that he too had done this and it gets a little less numb each day but took a few months to recover, however it really scared me.my whole thigh is numb with shooting pains down the back of my leg and knee
