    Clen How to do properly dose
    Hey guys. Im going to be running liquid clen, however I wanted to make sure that I was doing it right.

    I wanted to do a two week cycle starting at 20mcg and working my way to a comfortable dosage without any issues.

    Unfortunately, the bottle they sent me, the dropper doesnt have any numbers on it and the needle less syringe is in mL starting from 0.1 all the way to 1.

    My math sucks, so if someone can help me convert so that I am running the right dosage that would help a ton.

    So im gonna go ahead and assume that 0.1ml would be 20mcg and 0.2ml would be 40mcg and so on?

    Id rather not since I dont know how I will react to clen. Either way, better off to start with 40mcg and go up from there to a comfortable dose?

    Go and buy yourself and oral syringe for dispensing medicines. You can buy one at your local pharmacy. It will have exact measurments listed on the side of the syringe for proper dosing. This is the easiest and most exact method of determining dose with these products.

    ...and yes, start low and slowly work your way up day by day. In addition, if you break your daily dose up into 2 evenly divided doses at least 8 hours apart, you may tolerate it better. Clen seems to have the most pronounced effect on heart rate in the first few hours of use, after which it diminishes. By breaking up your dose, you may find it more tolerable.

    Dont give out reckless advice liek this. clen is not somethign to scewr with!
    some only need 60mcg/day....

    OP start low, start at 20-60mcg and see how you do. feel it out for a week or two. then you will know your dose better for the next time. maybe you will liek 100mcg.. maybe you will find that dose gives you toomany sides... maybe you will think 80mcg is good.. will take some trial and error but i rec starting slow and at around 40mcg...
    I also rec you grab some Keto from RUI. Clen and keto are a very good mix. ( keeps clen working longer)

    Thanks for all the advice! I did 60mcg this morning, but didn't feel anything at all. I will up it to 80mcg tomorrow. I am very stim tolerant. Is it necessary for taurine to be taken with clen in order to work properly? Or is it just to help with cramping.

    Clen decreases your bodys Taurine levels. You should take 3-5g of Taurine spread throughout the day to help with cramping. Also, take around 400mgs of pottasium before bed to help with cramping as well.

    I never supplemented Taurine, though supplementation can't hurt.

    I personally start with 40mcg and increase dosage slightly until I feel I no longer wish to increase the dose.

    Personally I've never passed 140mcg. I only do it for a week or two - no reason as you can just use Ketotifen, but I don't like the idea of playing with drugs that increase heart rate for to long.

    Personally I've found better results with ephedrine as it can completely make me forgot about eatting.
